How it works

When contacting for a quote

We will provide you with an in dependent quote based on the type and size of your product, ensuring you have a fixed price before we start work. We will complete work at a time that is convenient to you and always leave your space clean and tidy when we have finished.

What makes a good enquiry

1.     Contact is ideally through the contact form (link) or via WhatsApp on 07527 884848

2.     Let us know which flatpack item you’ve purchased, stating the retailer, product name and product code if known.

3.     An image/s or weblinks of all products and how many of each item. Or the design code if an Ikea pax wardrobe.

4.     Confirmation whether there is plenty of room to build the items laid flat (mainly for wardrobes/larger items)

5.     The area that the work is to be done, town or beginning of postcode.

6.     How soon you would like the items building?

Basically, the more information I have the easier it is to create an accurate quote.

Requirements on the day

Please take the following steps to ensure that an efficient and effective assembly can take place.

Make sure the delivery persons place boxes in the room, (ideally NOT where the finished product will stand) or on the correct floor of the house at least. I can carry to the correct floor, but extra charges may apply.

Check the packing list/invoice to confirm that everything has been delivered and is in good condition. Any apparent damage to packaging should be checked since items inside may be damaged. Please check as soon as you can and if necessary, refuse delivery then let me know. Unfortunately, these things happen and its much easier to arrange an alternative date than if it is found after my arrival.

Move existing furniture, if necessary, to clear adequate space for assembly.
